Cancellation Policy
A 50% booking fee will be charged when making a reservation, which will be redeemed against your treatment on the day of your appointment. We ask that you give as much notice as possible, preferably 72 hours so that the appointment can be offered to another customer from the waitlist. This will allow them the time needed to prepare for electrolysis treatment. We do understand that circumstances happen including being unwell, though clients that habitually cancel with little notice or do not attend appointments, may not be able to rebook in the future.
A Cancellation fee will be charged in compliance with consumer law which will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business., where we are unable to resell your appointment.
Every effort will be made to minimise our losses by contacting clients on the waitlist.
Cancellation fees will work on a sliding scale as follows:( on the assumption we cannot sell the space to recoup our losses)
*More than 48 hours prior to the appointment -No charge
*Between 48 and 24 hours - 20% of treatment booking
*Under 24 hours -50% treatment booking
*Failure to attend your appointment with no contact( NO Show)- 50% of appointment booking
*Repeat cancellations with little notice or no show may not be able to rebook with us in the future.
