Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place ar the clinic. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking time a 100% charge will become payable. To avoid this charge, please cancel as soon as you realise you cant make your appointment time. The outstanding fee must be paid before further appointments can be booked.
